- THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE CONTRACT CONCLUDED BY THE PROVIDER OF THE SLAVI GANTAR APARTMENTS - FLAT-ROOM "HÍŠA MAME SLAVKE" APARTMENT ZALA AND APARTMENT NIKA, BISTRIČICA 13, 1242 STAHOVICA.
- A GUEST IS ANY PERSON WHO HAS SUBMITTED AN INQUIRY FOR RENTING AN APARTMENT IN VERBAL OR WRITTEN FORM OR ELECTRONIC FORM (RESERVATION IN CONTINUED), MAKES A RENT OR HAS MADE PAYMENT FOR THE RENTAL OF AN APARTMENT. ANY THIRD PERSON WHO PLACED AN ORDER FOR ANOTHER IS ALSO VALID AS A GUEST.
- BY SUBMITTING, THE GUEST AGREES AND COMMITS TO THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND CONFIRMS THAT HE IS COMPLETELY FAMILIAR WITH AND UNDERSTANDS THE CONTENTS OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHEN SUBMITTING THE RESERVATION. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE PUBLISHED ON THE WEBSITE OF THE HOUSE MAMI SLAVKA UNDER VOLIKA PLANINA FOR APARTMENT ZALA AND APARTMENT NIKA AND PHYSICALLY IN THE APARTMENTS.
- THE HOUSE RULES WHICH ARE LOCATED IN THE APARTMENT AND ARE PUBLISHED ON THE WEBSITE https://www.slavkahouse.si are also an integral part of the general terms and conditions.
RESERVATION AND PAYMENT
- THE INQUIRY IS SENT TO THE PROVIDER BY EMAIL (slavigantar@gmail.com) THE PROVIDER IS NOT OBLIGATED TO CONFIRM THE RECEIVED RESERVATION ORDER.
- WHEN BOOKING, THE GUEST MUST PROVIDE INFORMATION ABOUT HIS/HER NAME AND SURNAME, THE NUMBER OF GUESTS, THE AGE OF THE CHILDREN AND THE DATE OF THE RENTAL, AND GUARANTEES FOR THEIR TRUTH AND RELIABILITY. IF THE GUEST DOES NOT PROVIDE THE CORRECT INFORMATION AT REGISTRATION, HE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL COSTS OR CONSEQUENCES DUE TO WRONG INFORMATION.
- AFTER THE REQUEST IS RECEIVED, THE GUEST RECEIVES THE OFFER. THE APARTMENT RESERVATION OR THE APARTMENT RENTAL AGREEMENT IS CONCLUDED BETWEEN THE PROVIDER AND THE GUEST UPON THE PAYMENT OF 30% ADVANCE OF THE VALUE OF THE OFFER.
- THE REMAINDER OF THE PAYMENT SHALL BE SETTLED TO THE PROVIDER'S TRR OR IN CASH (EUR) NO LATER THAN DEPARTURE, WHEN THE PROVIDER ISSUES AN INVOICE TO THE GUEST.
- THE RESERVATION OF THE DATE IS BINDING FOR THE GUEST. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE RESERVATION IS SPECIFIED IN THE PARAGRAPH "CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS BY THE GUEST".
HOUSE RULES - RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE GUEST
- THE GUEST COMMITS TO MANAGING ALL DEVICES AND EQUIPMENT IN THE APARTMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS, WITH THE GENERAL CONDITIONS, HOUSE RULES, FIRE REGULATIONS AND WITH THE CARE OF A GOOD LANDLORD.
- THE GUEST COMMITS TO HAVE VALID DOCUMENTS AND TO RESPECT THE HOUSE RULES IN THE APARTMENT.
- THE GUEST COMMITS TO INFORM THE PROVIDER IMMEDIATELY OF POSSIBLE DEFECTS OR ERRORS IN THE EQUIPMENT, AND THE LATTER COMMITS TO REPAIR OR REPLACE THEM IN THE SHORTEST TIME.
- SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
GENERAL CONDITIONS AND HOUSE RULES OF MAME SLAVKA UNDER VELIKA PLANINA
- PERSONS WHO HAVE NOT PREVIOUSLY REGISTERED ARE NOT ALLOWED TO STAY IN THE APARTMENTS. IN THE CASE OF THE STAY OR OVERNIGHT STAY OF UNREGISTERED PERSONS, THERE IS A CONTRACTUAL PENALTY OF EUR 50 FOR EACH UNREGISTERED PERSON, AND THE GUEST IS ALSO OBLIGED TO PAY THE TOURIST TAX FOR UNREGISTERED GUESTS. AND TO REIMBURSE THE PROVIDER FOR OTHER DAMAGE OCCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATION OF UNREGISTERED PERSONS (IMPORTANT PENALTIES IN CRIMINAL, INSPECTION AND OTHER PROCEDURES).
- THE NIGHT CURVE AND PEACE IN THE APARTMENTS AND OUTDOOR AREAS APPLIES BETWEEN 11 PM AND 6 AM. THE PROVIDER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO EARLY TERMINATE THE AGREEMENT OR THE ACCOMMODATION IN THE APARTMENT TO THE VIOLATOR.
- THE GUEST IS RESPONSIBLE FOR HIS OWN SAFETY AND THE SAFETY OF OTHER PERSONS IN THE APARTMENT, AS WELL AS FOR THE SAFETY OF HIS OWN PROPERTY AND TO ADEQUATELY CONTROL THE MACHINES AND DEVICES HE BRING WITH THEM.
- PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN OR ORAL AGREEMENT WITH THE PROVIDER.
- FOR DAMAGE THAT OCCURRED IN THE APARTMENT DUE TO NEGLIGENCE, THE GUEST IS OBLIGED TO COMPENSATE IT.
COMES AND GOES
- ARRIVAL OF GUESTS IS POSSIBLE AFTER 3 PM ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL. EARLY ARRIVAL IS ALSO POSSIBLE WITH PRIOR AGREEMENT WITH THE PROVIDER.
- ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE, THE GUEST MUST EMPTY THE APARTMENT AND RETURN THE KEYS TO THE PROVIDER OR TO THE KEY-BOX BY 10 A.M. ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE, UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED. IF THE GUEST EXCEEDS THIS DEADLINE WITHOUT PRIOR AGREEMENT WITH THE PROVIDER, THE PROVIDER MAY DEMAND FROM HIM 50% OF THE DAILY APARTMENT RENT PRICE.
- THE GUEST GET THE KEYS TO THE APARTMENT ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL FROM THE PROVIDER OR IN A BOX WHICH IS IN A WOODEN HOUSE NEXT TO THE PROPERTY. IF THE PROVIDER SENDS HIM AN EMAIL OR SMS MESSAGE, 24 HOURS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL OR ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL WHEN THE GUEST SIGNS HIMSELF BY EMAIL.
- IF THE GUEST IS CHECKING IN ON THE PLACE OF THE APARTMENT, HE WILL NOT BE GIVEN A CODE FOR THE KEYS, BUT MUST PROVIDE A VALID CRIMINAL ID, DRIVER'S LICENSE OR PASSPORT FOR ALL PERSONS WHO WILL STAY IN THE APARTMENT. YOU HAVE TO PAY TO THE PROVIDER TO REGISTER, BECAUSE THERE IS NO RECEPTION IN THE FACILITY.
TOURIST TAX
- TOURIST TAX EUR 2.00 AND PROMOTION TAX EUR 0.50 FOR ADULTS IS A FEE THAT IS COLLECTED TO THE ACCOUNT OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF KAMNIK AT EACH OVERNIGHT STAY.
- THE TOURIST AND PROMOTIONAL TAX IS PAYABLE BY CITIZENS OF THE REPUBLIC OF SLOVENIA AND FOREIGNERS STAYING IN AN ACCOMMODATION FACILITY IN THE AREA OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF KAMNIK.
- THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE TOURIST AND PROMOTIONAL TAX PER DAY PER PERSON IS EUR 2.50.
- THE TOURIST TAX OF 50% IS PAYABLE BY PERSONS FROM 7 TO 18 YEARS OF AGE.
- TOURIST TAXES ARE EXEMPT FOR CHILDREN UNDER 7 YEARS OF AGE AND PERSONS LISTED ON THE BASIS OF THE ADOPTED MUNICIPAL DECREE ON TOURIST TAX OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF KAMNIK.
- THE TOURIST TAX IS PAYABLE AT THE REGISTRATION OF THE GUEST, OR AT THE LATEREST AT THE CHECK-OUT OF THE GUEST, BEFORE DEPARTURE.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- ALL PRICES ARE IN EUR, BASED ON PARAGRAPH 1 OF ARTICLE 94 OF THE VALUE ADDED LAW, VAT IS NOT CHARGED.
- THE PRICE OF THE APARTMENT INCLUDES: USE OF EQUIPMENT IN THE APARTMENT, USE OF BEDDING AND TOWELS, NAPKINS AND OTHER MATERIALS AVAILABLE IN THE APARTMENT, CONSUMPTION OF WATER, ELECTRICITY, INTERNET, UNCOVERED PARKING IN FRONT OF THE APARTMENT. THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE THE FINAL CLEANING OF THE APARTMENT AND THE TOURIST TAX.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS BY THE GUEST
- THE GUEST HAS THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE RESERVATION. THE GUEST MUST NOTIFY THE PROVIDER IN WRITING ABOUT THE CANCELLATION TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS ( slavigantar@gmail.com ), IF THE CANCELLATION IS NOT IN WRITING, THE GUEST IS CONSIDERED NOT TO HAVE CANCELLED. IN THE CASE OF A DIRECT RESERVATION WITH THE PROVIDER, THE AMOUNT OF THE REFUND OF THE ADVANCE PAID IS AS FOLLOWS: UNTIL 20 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL 50% OF THE ADVANCEMENT.
- IF THE GUEST RESERVES THE APARTMENT BEFORE THE DATE OF DEPARTURE, THE GUEST IS NOT ENTITLED TO A REFUND OF THE ACCOMMODATION PAYMENT.
- AFTER THE RESERVATION IS CONFIRMED, THE GUEST MAY CHANGE THE NAME OR NUMBER OF GUESTS WHO WILL STAY IN THE APARTMENT, PROVIDED THAT IT DOES NOT EXCEED THE ALLOWED NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN THE APARTMENT. THE GUEST SHOULD NOTIFY THE PROVIDER IN WRITING OF ALL CHANGES. IF THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE IS CHANGED, IT WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDING TO THE APPLICABLE PRICE LIST.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS BY THE PROVIDER
- IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICABLE LEGISLATION, THE TENDERER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL OR CHANGE THE RESERVATION IF AN EXTRAORDINANY CIRCUMSTANCES THAT COULD NOT BE EXPECTED, CRUCIAL OR TO BE ISSUED BEFORE OR DURING THE PROVISION OF THE SERVICE, BUT THESE CIRCUMSTANCES ARE A REASONABLE REASON THAT THE CONTRACT WOULD NOT BE SCANNED, IF THEY EXISTED AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT.
- THE PROVIDER MAY CANCEL THE RESERVATION OR WITHDRAW FROM THE RESERVATION AND DEMAND REFUND FOR DAMAGES FROM THE GUEST WHO VIOLATES THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OR THE HOUSE RULES.
- IN THE CASE OF TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT BY THE PROVIDER ACCORDING TO THE PREVIOUS POINT, THE GUEST IS NOT ENTITLED TO A REFUND OF ACCOMMODATION COSTS AND IS OBLIGED TO PAY THE ENTIRE VALUE OF THE CONFIRMED APARTMENT RENTAL RESERVATION.
- IN THE CASE OF OBJECTIVE CIRCUMSTANCES OR FORCE MAJEURE, WHICH IS CONSIDERED ALL UNEXPECTED AND UNPREDICTABLE EVENTS, THE PROVIDER CANCELS THE RESERVATION OR WITHDRAWS FROM THE CONTRACT, THE GUEST HAS THE RIGHT TO A REFUND OF THE ENTIRE DEPOSIT PAID.
PROVIDER'S OBLIGATION
- IF THE GUEST RECEIVES AN UNCLEANED APARTMENT, HE IS OBLIGED TO NOTIFY THE PROVIDER IMMEDIATELY. THE OFFER IS OBLIGED TO CLEAN THE APARTMENT WITHIN 2 HOURS.
- THE ORGANIZER COMMITS TO CARE FOR THE SAFETY OF THE GUESTS AND THEIR PROPERTY WITH THE CARE OF A GOOD HOST. THE PROVIDER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INJURIES TO THE GUESTS AND THEIR PROPERTY. THE PROVIDER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INJURIES TO GUESTS IN THE APARTMENT AND ON EXTERNAL SURFACES.
- THE DAMAGE PROVIDER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGE, DESTRUCTION, THEFT OR LOSS OF THE GUEST'S PROPERTY OR PERSONAL INJURY TO THE GUEST THAT OCCUR IN ANY WAY WHILE USING OR STAYING IN THE APARTMENTS. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE PROVIDER'S LIABILITY FOR COMPENSATION EXCEED THE CONTRACT VALUE.
GENERAL CONDITIONS AND HOUSE RULES
DATA SECURITY
- THE PROVIDER USES THE GUEST DATA RECEIVED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE CONCLUSION OF A CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP.
- PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED BY THE PROVIDER ON THE BASIS OF APPLICABLE REGULATIONS AND LAWS IS KEPT BY THE PROVIDER FOR THE PERIOD THEY DETERMINE.
- OTHER PERSONAL DATA RECEIVED BY THE PROVIDER DUE TO THE PERFORMANCE OF THE CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP WITH THE GUEST WILL BE DELETED BY THE PROVIDER UPON TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT, TO THE EXTENT THAT ALL OBLIGATIONS HAVE BEEN SETTLED.
- RECEIVED PERSONAL DATA IS NOT STORED, PROCESSED, FILTERED OR USED FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
- THE PROVIDER WILL NOT PROVIDE YOUR PERSONAL DATA TO OTHER PERSONS.
- CODOJALKA MANAGES PERSONAL DATA WITH THE GREATEST CARE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND STANDARDS.
RESOLVING COMPLAINTS
- THE GUEST COMMITS TO IMMEDIATELY NOTIFY AND REPORT ANY IRREGULARITY OR DEFECT IN THE APARTMENT TO THE PROVIDER.
- WHEN IT IS OBVIOUS THAT, JUDGING FROM THE CONTENT, THE COMPLAINT OR COMPLAINT COULD BE RESOLVED ON THE SITE (E.G. POOR CLEANLINESS OF THE ROOM, MISSING APPLIANCES, ETC.) AND THE GUEST DID NOT NOTIFY IMMEDIATELY, OR DID NOT NOTICE THE ERROR ON THE SITE HIMSELF AND DID NOT NOTIFY THE PROVIDER IN WRITING ABOUT THE INCORRECT , IT IS CONSIDERED THAT THE GUEST HAS ACCEPTED THE SERVICE PROVIDED IN THIS WAY AND THEREFORE HAS LOST THE RIGHT TO SUBSEQUENT COMPLAINTS AND REQUESTS FOR A REDUCTION IN THE PRICE OF THE SERVICE OR REFUND FOR DAMAGES.
- ALL POTENTIAL DISPUTES ARE RESOLVED IN THE COURT OF SUBJECT MATTER JURISDICTION IN LJUBLJANA USING SLOVENIAN LAW.
- THESE TERMS ARE EFFECTIVE ON 6/1/2024
- THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND THESE CHANGES ARE PUBLISHED AND AVAILABLE ON THE WEBSITE OF THE HOUSE OF MAME SLAVKA UNDER VELIKA PLANINA AND IN THE ZALA AND NIKA APARTMENT.
